Page magnification- Page magnification can be changed either by 'clicking' the plus (+) or minus (-) button on the Tool Bar or by 'clicking' the View button on the Menu Bar and selecting a desired size. Navigation within the document- One may move from page to page or section to section by either using the forward and reverse arrows found on the upper and lower Tool Bars or by 'clicking' on the page numbers found on page 2 (index page). Printing- The entire document may be printed by 'clicking' the printer icon on the Tool Bar. Selected pages may be printed by 'clicking' File on the Menu Bar and then 'clicking' Print and following directions. |
